Charlene, here is a video from Art and Bri, and how they made them. I don't think they used chillover powder, but it should help get you started. Good luck!

Deb, let me know how yours go?? I've a ton of elderberries to harvest when ripe and wasnt sure what to do with them! Great idea using chill over too! Healthier alternative!! Good luck!
