A sweet lil apron for a sweet lil girl.. I am sending this to my BFF's grand daughter...
I found this sweet tiny print seersucker fabric in my stash..

I double sided the fabric because the fabric was so soft and shear..

Now to add a wooden spoon, and a package mix of muffins or brownies...

Cute apron -- I love those little rosettes on it and the polka-dot fabric.
Just how did polka=dot get its name? Do you wear it while dancing the polka?

Funny thing is,, I don't use a pattern,, just sort of 'wing-it'...
It is so simple that, had I had more time, I could have machine embroidered it...to make it more personal... but,, alas, I was pressed for time.

Grace, our Walmart carries child sized cooking utensils. They are adorable. Some of those may be way cute to include as Wellington you have a Walmart near. It's adorable! Great job.

Of course Grace! My little guy spotted them when I was looking for a sink strainer and he fell in love with the little tongs. I'm thinking of getting him a pair and putting them in his stocking for Christmas. Tiny cooks are the best little cooks!
