Hello! I thought it would be interesting to hear about what people like to collect. How do they go about acquiring their pieces, how do they display them? I, myself, like unusual country items. Right now I've been collecting cast iron cookware. I like anything that is on the quirky side. I buy most on ebay. I like antique shops, but can be pricey. when I can, I'll go to flea markets. It would be fun to hear from other people!

Hi, Judy! I've noticed a few threads about collections - and I think you're right on target! One idea might be to post the collection threads in the categories that they fit in - like your cast iron cookware could go under the "Kitchen" forum, and the like. I know that there are some great discussions going on right now in "Across the Fence" about thrifting - those gals, Nancy Jo in particular, I'm SURE have the lowdown on thrifting for collections. What a fun thing to talk about!!!

XOXO, Libbie
