I don't suppose anyone would know what the going rate is?

I need to buy about 2-3 doz and I'm not sure what to pay.

I am not sure what you would pay in MN, but in Canada, I would not pay any more than a few dollars. They are non fertile, so they would be for eating only.
I guess one question (I would have) how does the person know that they are not fertile?

My guess is, she probably doesn't have a gander to make them fertile. Btw, these are for crafting not eating, sorry I didn't clarify that earlier. But she doesn't know what to charge, and I have a buyer who doesn't know what he'd pay and so I'm in the middle hoping I don't get stuck with craft eggs. :
