I love all my garden visitors too, but what is that bug with the flat top and tell me how you are enjoying the not so new place?

This looks like a big stink bug Grace. I only welcome lady bugs and bees and butterflies. We also have a few garden lizards and I love them.

Speaking of lizards... I. Met up with a long garden snake... hiding in the coolness of my daisies ... I respect all critters in my garden as long as they don't pop up by me when I am weeding! Lololol!

Hey Peggy YES! Super hot today... I started out early this morning to work out on the front property... Thank goodness for Ice Tea and Ice Cream! I had to call it quits for now... but will go beck out this evening after supper to get some more things transplanted and watered. Whew! Funny lil stink bug... but he means no harm, got lite of ladybugs butterflies, humming birds and bees... haven't seen any praying mantis yet, lots of dragon flies and way to many hornets and wasps! I did see some mason bees today, Yaaa., luv those lil mason bees.

I love praying mantis, bees and butterflies but stink bugs are only good dead. They invade our house and hide behind everything.
