Good morning, farmgirls!

I am just cooking up an egg puff from MaryJane's budget mix recipe magazine - it has bananas, vanilla and cinnamon in it - it smells wonderful! I have 12 minutes left on the timer... I'll let you know how it is!

Enjoy your breakfasts!

XOXO, Libbie

MMMMMMmmmmmm...it was SO good! I added just a little nutmeg on top, and served it with maple syrup and mandarin oranges on the side. It's definitely a "do again - SOON!" recipe!

XOXO, Libbie

Which magazine issue did you find it in? I recently purchased 3 of the older ones, might not have that one.
