Here's what I found yesterday at the Salvation Army thrift store:
four small stools -- great color!

cheese dome and two small butter dishes with domes:

I love domes -- for displays -- up on a pedestal plate and with a tableau of 'pretties' underneath.
I also found some earthenware dishes, in pretty turquoise, soft yellow, and pink -- already brought those over to the consignment shop . . . gotta make a little $$ so I can go thrifting again!

Cute stuff! I love the color of the stools and the butter dishes are so sweet. Great finds! We are taking the kids to the Goodwill this morning for a little "treasure hunting" and of course, some wool sweaters!

| AWESOME finds, Katie! Sending jealous hugs and high fives....LOVE domes, too! And the color of those stools, too. Actually, I just acquired a big glass cloche that my sweet sis in law bought for me during her visit this week, when she saw me drooling briefly. I have a couple at home in Norfolk but not here, so am looking forward to making a litle vignette of my own. Keep shopping and sharing your finds with us! Nance |

The stools are great - what a find. Nowadays you would pay big money to have that worn paint look on stools. You lucked out big time.

| Oh, Nancy -- I don't know what to do about the stools! I had purchased them for resale at the consignment shop -- thought about making little round pads to tie onto the top, or putting plants in vintage planters on top and selling them all -- but now I just love them too much. By April, they may go in the shop, however. . . . |
