Hello, hello everyone!!!
It's ATC time again!!! With all this outdoor work and heat I am ready to take an air conditioned art break!! How about you?? This month there are so many various monthly and daily celebrations it was hard to choose but one caught my eye. Since many of us are working in the garden, one monthly holiday is 'fruits and veggies' month, so how about creating an ATC with a theme of either vintage fruits or veggies? Should be fun!!
Sign ups until June 19th with partners posted June 20th and mail dates June 30th.
Just in case:
If you are new to the swap here is a brief description:
Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) is a conceptual art project initiated by the Swiss artist M. Vänçi Stirnemann in 1997. He called it a Collaborative Cultural Performance. Artist Trading Cards are 2 1#8260;2 by 3 1#8260;2 inches (64 mm × 89 mm) in size, the same format as modern trading cards (hockey cards or baseball cards). They are self-made unique works or small series, signed and dated on the reverse by the artist/producer, exchanged and collected by the people who participate in the swap.

Denise, you can use paper, paint, magazine images, book images, sewing items, beads just about ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!! You can JUST DRAW something you see or like! They are so easy to create Denise! That's what I love about them! So diverse and small canvases! I use heavy cardstock...cardboard...and watercolor paper, depending on what I do. Hope this helps!!

They do have binders and plastic sleeves to store them, there is an on line place you can go to and it is like for baseball cards and things and they sell those there. It has been along time. You might even try Amazon.

Here is an ATC holder I got in a swap way back in 2012. Its a book with pockets that you slide them into. .jpg?v 98776717)  v=73498622 I have some of them packed away with each Holiday Box because I use them to decorate with. I have received so may little works of Art that I just love!!

 Here's one Linda Terry (hummingbirdjoy) made in 2013. Im getting ready to decorate my 4th of July tree which will stay up through Labor day. Most all décor is farmgirl art. Many ATC's, I will share a picture later.
