Sharing some delicious excitement! I purchased a Mock Mill and just ground some dried corn. I was able to get a fine ground and baked a sourdough cornbread. I've never tasted cornbread this good. Just smelling it baking was overwhelming. I've milled some einkorn berries and made a load two days ago. Outstanding bread. So enjoying this experience.

Oh my goodness, Sylvia! I've never heard of this product before, but I googled it and it looks amazing! It's so hard to find an affordable mill and this one could attach to my stand mixer. Thank you for the review!

I once grew a dent corn in my garden and then ground it to make a cornbread, but I didn't have a true mill and the grind was too coarse. BUT, the flavor was just as marvelous as you described. I will give this mill serious consideration for my kitchen!
