I received a package from Christy this weekend. It had flower seeds, a lovely card and cute tea towel. It also had directions for knitting socks-I have always wanted to make socks. These socks are so cute, I am definitely going to try. Thanks Christy. It was certainly kind of you.

It has been a long time coming and I can finally share my secret with all of you. . . Bob and I have sold our home and will be moving to our new home in a couple of weeks!!! EEEKKKKK!!! 
Winters are l-o-n-g here. Yesterday morning it was 20 degrees, this morning it is 30 degrees. Thankfully, the snow has melted although in the deep pockets in the woods you will still find plenty .
We felt it was time for a change, something new to do and experience. So, we are making our move and starting anew!

You will receive updates as our move begins and my new mailing address will be available the first week in June.

Thank you so much!!! I received your wonderful card and your beautiful knitted dishcloth!!!! You will laugh, it looks like the mail sent my RAOK for a trip around to several different places before finally arriving. There are several of those Fingers pointing, things crossed off, it is tattered and worn yet everything arrived in perfect condition.
The colors you chose are so bright and cheerful, I hate to use it! However, it will be put to use in my new home! I love it and wish I had the talent for knitting. . . maybe one of these days.

Thank you for the lovely package I received in the mail yesterday. I have honestly been feeling a little overwhelmed with all that is going on in my life. This package caused me to slow down for a bit a reflect on all of the good things I do have in my life...such as my farmgirl sisters. *hugs to all of you* I haven't done cross stitch in a while, but I am thinking it may be close to time to sit with a cup of tea and give it a try. It is a little late in the season for me to sow any seeds, but I am definitely putting those up for next year too. Thanks again!
