Well... just peachy keen!!! I have to use my cell phone as my hot spot when at the 4-th wheel... so I place my phone on the window ledge in the barn to access wifi ... go figure ... while in the trailer... I heard a disconcerting noise... ran out to check only to see my cell phone on the floor.... yepadoodle ... cracked the glass lens... and yes I have a 'bumper ' around the phone... and yes I have those clear sheet glass protectors,.. but... I hadn't bothered to put one on and go figure my cell phone landed glass down right on the corner of the welder!!! So now I am waiting for the cell phone company to call me... thank goodness I bought insurance on the phone!
Ok...fond venting... and my fingers are near frozen... time to head back into the trailer!

Gosh Gracie. Ten years ago I laughed at people tied to their cellphone. Nowadays I will turn back home If I forgot mine.
Hubby recently had to replace his self phone. What a nightmare as he had to send the replacement back as well.
He put the first one in the regular mailbox. I could have smacked him. Sure enough it got lost in the mail. The second one I took to the USPS myself and got a receipt. The second was received ok. The first one MIA.
BUT...it finally did show up. Hope you have an easier time with the insurance.
Thank God it can be fixed! When you mentioned you'd put the cell phone in the barn, my first thought was "A horse munched it." I am debating whether to get another Smartphone. I have a cheapie flip phone right now that doesn't even get the internet. But considering I am techno-phobic, that is OK for now. Cindy

Good thing you have insurance on your phone. It seems with how phones are designed nowadays we have to have insurance just because they break so easily. Hopefully you can get a replacement soon.
Cindy... I finally Had to give up my flip phon when it quit working ...loo! And I too am still cell phoneaphobic ...lol!
I was on the phone with the insurance company and our cell provider...and after 1 hour of back and forth... got everything remadied ...and got confirmation this morning that my new phone is enroute via 'FedEx '. Yippee skippy!
