I'm enjoying keeping up with the FarmGirls with blogs via the blog roll thread, but I've started adding y'all to my bloglines account. Didn't know if y'all had one or not, so here's how it works.
Go to www.bloglines.com From there, sign up for an account. Once you are signed up (free, btw), you can start adding your fav blogs to read. It automatically will pick up each new post for each blog you have listed. To add a blog, first go to the blog you want to add and copy the address (Ctrl+C). Go back to bloglines and click the add button. It will bring up an empty box, where you will paste your fav blog address. Once you do that, then click submit, and bloglines will bring up a screen with the blog you have added. You have to mark the little empty block beside the blog's name (you'll see when you get there), then confirm, or submit, or add or whatever the little button is. There are several other questions it asks you, but I can't remember them offhand. The are pretty self-explanatory. Ta-da! You've added that blog! Now do it with all those you like to read. You can divide the blogs into categories when you like- I have one for knitting blogs, FarmGirl blogs, general crafts and general reading.
I check into bloglines daily to see what's been updated. I can click into any of the blogs on my list and read the updates right there at bloglines, or I can click into the actual blog from the bloglines site. Very easy!
