It's time to start signing up for DECEMBER Mail Art!
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl MAIL ART to read our guidelines.
FOR DECEMBER, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through NOVEMBER 15. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
The theme is Winter Wonderland. I will send an email with your partner to you on NOVEMBER 16. Please, please, please send your Mail Art before DECEMBER 31! And be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination.
I'd like to encourage everyone to post a comment on this thread when you receive your mail art. And if you can, a picture is nice. We all love seeing the inspiring art! And a quick thanks lets your partner know you received your mail art.

I do love the nutcracker theme Michal and I also thought about Folk art but then I really wanted everyone's art to 'last' a while, I do so enjoy the amazing talent here, so thus the winter theme! Thanks!!!

Dianna, I love your theme "Winter Wonderland"! It will indeed last a couple of weeks... who am I kidding... a couple of MONTHS to be look at! :)
We already had a first shed of snow! Nothing stayed, fortunately but still, I had hoped to enjoy the crisp and colors of Fall a bit longer! *snif* |

I'm with you, Marilou! Fall is so fleeting, and yet so beautiful to look at, much like a newborn baby! We have neither knock out colors nor white out winters, but Fall is always gentle after the hot summer, generous after the long wait of the growing season, and rewarding as we reap the rewards of a season's hard work. Then along comes gray, cold, damp winter to steal autumn away all too soon!
Great choice Dianna! And plenty of time for all of us to chew on it. I'm excited!

Marilou and Sara I adore fall but we haven't had much 'fall' weather yet. I was out in shorts and flip flops the other day MOWING and WEEDEATING again! Hopefully I won't have to mow for a month or so! ;) Would love some of the 'S' word here!

Wow! What a LOVELY surprise I got in the mail today!!
A beautiful winter wonderland arrangement hand-painted by Sara, it is gorgeous and is now in the place of honor at the window seat in my kitchen. Not only that, but I got some baby alpaca fiber from Sara's very own farm, some bamboo roving (!), Holiday gift tags (hand-stamped) and a piece of original artwork Christmas tree card.
I am overwhelmed!
