I woke up to a pretty white morning . After the past week of daytime temps up to the 40's and even 50 a couple of days it was a fun treat to wake up to snow on the ground today. It must have snowed very early this morning cuz I was up late as usual and it hadnt' started yet. I have a habit of looking out the front window always before I go to bed and it was calm but cloudy..it was cloudy most of yesterday. Nice change from the mud we had yesterday.
Stay warm girls!!

Oh brrr. We are ready for spring here. the bulbie things are coming up. My crocus are blooming, though they have been known to bloom in the snow. We usually get a late frost in March and then april showers etc. Bundle! MB

I would love to wake up to a blanket of snow. But, I am sure that there are a lot of us who wish it would go away! We are expecting rain later today. Whoo-hoo. :( Stay toasty, gals!

We're expecting flurries in N. Texas but don't expect them to last very long. Gotta go get some catfood and groceries before we get iced in!

It is 14 degrees here in my part of Kentucky. As I sit here on the computer I can hear my wind chimes outside playing a song. It rained all day yesterday, a really nasty day and the temps the day before got up to around 40. I noticed the fans of my day lilies are coming through. But no snow. Enjoy it Jenny, I agree, it's better than mud which we have a lot of today.

Well we unfortunately got our first snowstorm of the season. I guess I should say Nor-eastern. It's pretty but it plays havoc on my husband's back and neck. He shovels the snow.
We live in a mobile home and there is no place to store a snowblower. We're are just too old for snow!

We have had about a foot fall here today....and it's still coming!!! They expect another foot or so by the end of this storm! Whoppee!! Makes me feel like kid again. We have had such a smattering of snow here and there in recent years that it is nice to see all this snow. It is a good day to be snowed in here in.....who could ask for a better valentines than being snowed with your honey. we have brownies and fish to make togther...and then who know what. reminds me of a song by Catie Curtis "Hey California" I am going to try to figure out pictures...I hope everyone west of here fairs well through this. I am sure that you have your fill of snow by now.

Peace,
Stacy
