I am sitting here at the local Starbucks consuming a lovely pumpkin spice latte... and accessing their free wifi.. I would be at the local town Library... but it and all the other libraries in the county are closed today for a staff meeting...
Any how,,, I want to let you all know we are going to put an offer on a little 14ac ranchette over here in what is called the West Plains,,, hope we get our offer accepted... guess we will know in a few days...
Also,,, a Ginormous Thank you to Buzzin Bee for the lovely gift... the key chain and paper weight are just way to cute...Thank you so very much... farm girl hugz
Well hopefully the next time I have internet access.. I will have good news on the house... tata-4-now

Well we have submitted all the paperwork with the Real Estate Attny,,,, sooo... unless there are any scary 'skeletons'' or ugly forgotten leans on the property,,, all should go well.. One of the nice things about paying cash for a home is you don't have to deal with crazy lenders ... Hopefully everything will be wrapped up and we will have the keys to the ranchette on November 1st... Fingers and eyes and legs crossed....
In the mean time,, I will scour the Thrifts for 'stuff' for my old Aristocrat trailer... a girls gotta keep busy somehow! lol!

Yeah, glad to hear. I hope November 1st works. Ha, Randy Mann the weatherman in Spokane predicts the first snow to fly between November 6th and 10th up here. We will see. When we moved to Idaho 4 years ago we arrived November 8th and had driven over Lookout Pass in a blizzard. I spent all snowy winter long unpacking and moving in. Then suddenly it was springtime again. Best to you! Annie

We have been pricing out new flooring and paint colors... I kitchen remodel and new windows will be the next 2 major projects with in the coming 2 years.. It is a 30y/o old house and we will be the 2nd owners... so it will need lots of cosmetic updates... lots of 'Honey-dos'....lol! Thank goodness hubby and I are retired...
