I just received your wonderful cards Darlene! They are beautiful!
I was intrigue by the "Moon Pie" that everyone was mentioning... What a great surprise! I didn't know it was a cake! We don't have them here or, at least, I haven't seen any yet. It was a sweet attention :)
I really enjoyed swapping with all of you! It was really a fun project and I love seeing what everyone came up with!
We should do more ATC swap for different occasions!

I totally agree Marilou! With September knocking at the door I thought of cooler weather approaching but especially the fall colors! Perhaps a fall related ATC? OR with October so close on September's heels how fun would a spooky ATC be!!!!
Chuckle...Darlene's moon pie was a perfectly fun addition to the swap! Hadnt had one of those since I was a kid! Many 'moon's ago!!

I am glad you got your ATC's and enjoyed the Moon Pie. That was a tiny one but they are good, I found them in a tin in the store just before the eclipse happened. It just worked in with my ATC's.

I love those ideas! An Halloween theme would definitely be exciting, but so is Fall colors, Harvest, leaves... If everyone is up for it, why not do an exchange every month or two with thematic/holiday inspirations? Like, Fall colors(September), Halloween(October), Harvest(November), Christmas(December) and so on? We could always change and be inspired by event like the Eclipse!
Those are just ideas, but I'm definitely in for more ATC swapping! :)

Marilou, I just love so much your ATC's, They are so nice and creative! The butter fly and flowers in front of sun, so summery. The moon and stars and then the eclipse, they are great! Thank you!
Your art work on the envelope is really nice too. I will post a picture of them this afternoon!

Darlene! Ill happily post Marilou's ATC's!!! My DH just got home from Afghanistan late Monday and is going through his mail now! Marilou your mail was finally opened and I adore the incredibly artsy cards! Like Darlene said...loved each one! You truly have the gift for presentation as well! I hated tearing my envelope!
