Hi girls,
I just looked at my calendar and realized that this Friday is February 2nd. Does anyone here listen to the predictions of their local groundhog (and hope they're true)? Some might call it superstition, but I think it's nice to hope, and it adds a bit of whimsical fun to the dead of winter. Up in Canada, I always listen to the predictions of "Wiarton Willie" and hope for an early spring - which sadly seems to happen more and more with the state of the environment. Actually, we barely even had a cold winter. But it's going to be -15 today, so I hope the rodent has some good news for me on Friday!

I am always curious but the whole process seems silly. If he sees his shasow he hids and we get more winter , but if he saw his shadow it was sunny and isn't sunny supposed to mean warm? I don't get it! :)
