Hello everyone on this beautiful Spring day!
I had been wanting to order some of Mary Jane's food for a long time, and I finally ordered some. I put burgers on the grill today and decided to make some black bean corn bread on the grill!!
It came out SO good. I just added a small bit of veggie oil and let the cast iron pan heat on the grill. About 10 minutes later I added some scoops of the black bean corn bread mixture to the hot pan. I covered the grill and it cooked perfect! I did turn it once to get the nice browning on both sides.
I love grilling, and am so pleased by this cornbread. It smells delicious and makes me feel happy inside!!

Thank you Mary Jane for such a great product! I will be back for more. I can't wait to try everything else I ordered.

I love all of MaryJanes's foods! While I have not had the cornbread, it looks awesome and I bet it was perfect with your burgers too! Thanks for the photos.
