I just received my lovely box from Shannon! I love everything. That pin cushion is just way tooooo cute! I don't think that I am ever going to be able to use it. I'm going to put it in my room and admire it. Love the towel and the hand made items as well-I love anything farm girl made!! They will all be displayed in my craft room. Thank you for being such a great swap partner, Shannon. Hope all is well and that you are feeling better. I've been keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Deborah - I received my box yesterday, and all I can say is COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO!!! I'm crowing likle a rooster just looking at everything! She sent 2 yards of chicken fabric (I think I will make a skirt out of it), a white porcelain chicken recipe card holder, a spotted chicken, 2 rolls of ribbon, some Mason Ball wooden tags, Canning Jar tags, recipe cards, a chicken rubber stamp, chicken embroidery iron on designs, 2 packages of bias tape (great for regular or mini aprons), bakery twine pkg, chicken buttons, sewing-theme buttons, 2 butterfly ornaments/decorations, a crocheted doily, and a very cute flower pot with a wind spinner (I know it is called something else but drew a complete blank - it's a senior thing) and recipe clip with a "photograph" of "Rodney Roster AKA "Hot Rod" True Farm Boy. Loves to chase the ladies around the barnyard. A real ladies man if you will. May 20, 2017. LOL! I love it! Very creative, Deborah. And I love love love everythig. You really spoiled me rotten. Thank you. And as you can see, my cat was curious about the chickens.

And I almost forgot - she also included 3 Simplicity patterns - 2 for aprons and 1 for casserole carrier. I LOVE apron patterns, and I do not have these. LOVE THEM!
I took them out first and they were on my sewing table when I took the other picture. LOL!

I want to thank you so much for an amazing Year of the Rooster Jubilee Swap! I am so impressed with how much care that you placed into making the boxes and how thoughtful each item was. The set of four coasters are already in use and I am framing the vintage postcard. I have already gobbled the sweets and the tea did not last one day! I also appreciate the beautiful handwritten note that was inside. Oh and that Vintage Crock is on my dinning room hutch. I have already had several compliments about it. You really spoiled me and made me feel very special! Thank you!

I am SO happy everything arrived in good condition and that you liked it all Ginger! I had so much fun putting it all together for you. :) I am thrilled you like the boxes, the layers of decoupage took longer than I anticipated to dry, but they were worth the wait and I am glad like them.

Marilyn, my sweet farmsister, I just received the beautiful patriotic bunting in the mail from you today. Sweetie, I LOVE IT!!!! For now I draped it over my computer screen to take a picture of it, but it will before day's end be draped across the top of my fireplace mantel right above the mini patriotic aprons. Mr Patriotic Rooster will be looking down on it with admiration.
After I get it all together, I will take a picture of the mantel and post.
