Great job Michele! They all came out beautifully. Have fun making the cross stitch stocking, can't wait to see the picture of that.

Michele, your animals look fantastic! You will enjoy using those with your nativity.

I will be starting another UFO today. Not sure which one yet, but my goal will be to complete it by the end of the week!

Wait a minute, how can we be on page 9 already, its only been a month? I am working on projects but all are time consuming, and I work full time which means limited time to work on projects. Being winter months are most of you ladies cooped up in the house during the day, how are you getting so much done?

That's a very good question ladies. I have a few projects which are half done and will not take much time to finish. I try to take some smaller projects with me wherever I go, especially the crochet. Some of my projects just have too many tools and supplies to take along. I do most of my crafting during the two or three hours every night I watch TV. Still, I have to work on something that doesn't require my absolute attention.

The last 2 are "Paw Patrol" hats for my youngest grandson. He has been wearing his Paw Patrol costume since Halloween. ...I thought I'd make him a new hat, that maybe he'd trade it for the costume that is literally falling apart! A couple of days after he started wearing the blue one, he asked for a red "Marshall " hat. Today he said, All pups???" So there might be 3 more in the making! I'm supposed to be finishing projects. ..but it's hard to tell such a cute little boy that!

Those are so cute, and the heart is pretty, Debbie. My daughter is going in tonight to be induced slowly through the night and then ramp it up in the morning. Another daughter and I are sleeping for a bit before we head in, but I haven't had much time to work on UFOs. Hopefully soon I can make some progress. :) But tomorrow I should be able to see my newest grandson. :)

Congratulations Debbie. I have added the emoticons.

I have finished and sent out to two Birthday Club members. I bought gifts for both of them. Are these still considered finished UFOs? What say you?

Debbie, I love your paw patrol hats. Those are adorable.

Audra, congratulations on the new baby! Has he made his arrival yet?

Marie, let me know if those count! Because then I can get a smiley face when I send my sweet season packages! I have full intentions on sending them on time this year!

Krista - To be clear, I am considering counting only the Birthday Club Swap items that should have gone out last year. These are things I just didn't get to because of distraction, sloth or lack of time. I believe this should be the same with any overdue swap items. So late swaps will not be counting unless it should have been sent out in 2016 or before. (I've got a couple of those.)

My number one project for 2017 was to Clean out my extra bedroom and move all the craft and sewing stuff into the other extra bedroom which is to be the craft sewing room.

It is done!!

Here is proof! I now have a sewing/craft studio! As you can see from the pictures, I am having to share it with my Hunky Hubby's Dead Heads. (He lives to hunt) I also had to create a space where he can create his belts that he makes for lady buckskinners to wear at Mountain Man Rendezvous. They are really quite beautiful, as you can see in the pictures. I got the cute cube containers at Walmart for $3.88 each!

I apologize ahead of time for what I am about to say, especially being the farming aspect of this group. I love the log cabin feel of the room but I am a girl who loves to garden, animal lover who feeds the local birds and squirrels, and a vegetarian, so I am not sure I could work in a room with all those critters staring down at me.
