Windy Pines, If you are truly not interested any longer, you can do a few things. Barter with a fellow farmgirl to have her finish it for you, give it away. . .saves you lots of frustration!, or stick with it, by doing a row or section per day until it is completed.

I'm pulling all my UFO's out and will make these decisions based on my interest in the original project.

There is a UFO Badge. Check it out Joanna.

I know I have been lax keeping this thread updated. I will try to get to it this weekend. We are looking for an apartment . . . again. It is terribly frustrating. Places we like won't get back to us, places we want have been swept out from under us. We cannot afford the place we have no that Lowell's dad will not be coming up here from Florida. I want to be settled. I feel as if I am still in transit and I do not like it. Plus, my work for Reading Corps starts next week. Who knows where the time goes.

Hi Marie, I thought about that late last night and will take a look over the weekend. That would be wonderful to earn a badge while clearing up all these UFO's!! I'll keep you posted.

thanks for the suggestions. I got to finish it, stocking for my granddaughter. It is the fifth stocking in a row that I will complete. I just got to get at it again. But i plan on getting rid of all my cross stitch materials, once it is done! haha. My interests have changed over the years. Now i prefer to work with fiber. good luck to all in finishing up our projects.

Great job Debbie!

Yesterday I finally got around to sewing up my sons elephant that came unstitched. Luckily we have 2 and he has been using the other one. But now it's fixed and they are both washed and cleaned! I'm happy to have one less thing on my list.

Yay!! So happy to see many of you have finished a UFO!! Awesome Job!!

I will be starting mine in September. Right now it's all about sorting what I have, making the decision to finish it, repurpose it or give it away.

How are all of you coming with the sorting process??

I have officially bagged all my UFOs in separate bags with supplies as part of my grand clean up. I'm going to start working through them all once I finish getting everything I don't want or need out of here.

That sounds like a great idea. I'm working on "refreshing" my kitchen for the next couple of weeks, and will start on my craft room after that.

Great job, Joanna! I bet it feels nice to have your first UFO done. I'm hoping to jump back in shortly with finishing some more UFOs. I finally went through a box of clothes yesterday that has been sitting for almost 2 years and sorted out what to keep and what to get rid of. I feel better just knowing I completed that and seeing how much I am no longer keeping!

Krista, you must feel great after getting all that sorting done.Great job, keep "plowing through"!!

Ruthie218, that's awesome!! One of my ufo's is several boxes of minky scraps to make blankets with. That I will tackle in the cooler days ahead. Be sure to share a picture of your finished UFO, I would love to see what you made!!

I am stiching stiching stiching, when ever i can. Had planned on cutting hay yesterday, but mother nature changed her mind and our 30% chance of rain, happened a good part of the day. So i made progess on stiching! Along with freezing corn, getting 6.5 pints of elderberry juice, and doing up some tomatoes.

That must be it, Joanna! Everyone is slaving away! I finally got one of my big projects done!!! I was working on my EXP Crochet badge and crocheted every one of the snowflakes in my 101 Crocheted Snowflakes book! I will post a photo soon! I'm sending off about 4 dozen to my cousin in Louisiana. She does several Christmas trees and wants to do one with snowflakes and gold lights. She is such a fabulous decorator...I can't wait to see it finished!
