I saw something similar on Facebook so tried making one. This is my first and like everything they will get better as I practice. I asked my DIL if she liked it and she said she wanted one. I have a daughter, 2 DIL, and granddaughter that are getting them with their presents, because they all have long hair. Surf Pinterest and you can find lots of patterns for these. The next ones will have a band on the front. The new craze!!!!  |

I'm sure you could make one on your round loom. They are basically a cap with a hole in the top. LOL!

| These have been fun. My sister took 3 patterns and did a really fun one with scalloped edges to finish it off. I think the sky is the limit. Please post pictures of finished beanies. |

Well I made one using my knitting loom,,, I used a velour type yard,,, it came out ok,,, but I am not real crazy with it,,, a tad bit to 'light weight',,, so maybe while I am down at my mom's I will see if she cane show me how to crochet one...
I'll put my hair up in a ponytail tomorrow and take a picture to post...

I just made two over the weekend for some of my granddaughters. They knit up quickly and are cute. I added a crocheted flower.
