I have run out of storage on my blog. I like posting pictures. I really don't want to delete any, either. My free wordpress site is full at 3GB, in a year-ish. To upgrade would give me 13GB, but will cost nearly $9/mo. With that upgrade I can monetize. I know nothing about it, though, and I am not sure I get enough traffic. WWYD?

Your wordpress site looks great, but when you post your pictures are you importing them full size and resizing in wordpress. Meaning double-clicking on the photo to activate your four corners and dragging it smaller? If so, you need to know the full volume of the photos are still eating up your 3GB. You need to resize your photos outside wordpress or any WYSIWYG software. There are free photoshop type software on the internet that you might want to try and yes that means you would have to go back and resize your photos and re-import them. A little time consuming but might be worth it to save money.

GIMP is a great free source photoshop program online. I use it all the time and have never had any problems with viruses or any nasty stuff.
