If it were me I think I would sash them with red. Then do a narrow lime ??? green around it before the red border.

Lime? None of them have any lime.

I was thinking of a red 1" wide sashing between them and around, then a red or green Christmas print border.

The third star from the right in the top row and the last one on the right in the bottom row are the ones I called lime. Maybe the color looks different from the other greens due to the cameras.

I see where you got that, Marilyn. It is more a khaki than lime in real life. LOL!

Ladies--- they are are beautiful!!! So much variety... really fun swap!!!
Not every square is in. The picture.. a few may be visiting my sewing area already... I won't disturb them while they are interviewing g for a project.
This was great!!!!

Hay there,

I want to thank Mz Linda and Mz Marilyn for checking in on me. I had not been well and my helper came and straighten up for me which meant putting things away and straightening up as I lay in the bed. My envelopes where put in my sewing studio, as I call it, and therefore my re-ordered fabric didn't get cut and added and mailed. Once she put it all away it became "out of sight- out of mind" as I recuperated. I know...I know...that's a really lame excuse but thanks to a few emails to check on me I have realized my failure to complete this swap. I am going to be cutting out the re-ordered fabric the next few days and fulfilling my obligations to each of you. I am much better but since the swaps where "put away" then I totally forgot and I feel terrible about this. Again, I am so very sorry. Thanks for checking on me, Mz Linda and Mz Marilyn. Again, I am very sorry. Hugs.

Hugs and prayers, Daizy #1093

Daisy... no problem. I can't tell you how many times I've "lost" swap stuff and mailed out late or had to,remake cards because I have no idea where I'd put them.

I hope you are feeling much better... there is nothing to apologize for.. after all, we are all Sisters, and family upholds and understands.
Love and Hugs

Daizy, being ill muddles the brain, or befuddles it or fuzzles or something. ok, it does mine anyway. Hope you're feeling so much better. it happens to us all. Life sometimes thinks it has a right to get in the way lol. No worries.

I hope everyone is having a great Christmas holiday season. We are in the 12 Days of Christmas, so it isn't over - yet. LOL!

I have decided to start the next 10" square swap sign-ups. I will post today. This will be for music fabrics. I hope everyone will join us.

Hay there.

You all have an envelope in the mail on its way to you with your Christmas squares, finally. Whoo hoo !!! You can get a head start on next years décor. I am so ashamed. But I hope ya'll like the fabrics. I have really enjoyed receiving all of yours. I had grand plans for working them into a few table runners for gifts, but, alas, sickness got ahold of me and none of those plans happened. I will work with your fabrics thru the year and create something special for ME. And I will cherish all the Farm Girl love that was sent with the squares. Bless you all....sending many hugs.

Hugs and prayers, Daizy #1093

I hope you are feeling better, Daizy, and feel up to making something nice for yourself with the Christmas squares. There are a lot of patterns out there that can use the 10" squares with sashings to make something easy and special. Have fun!
