Arrgh. I am going to sign off soon and wanted to take the day to sew a bit. Miss Mittens, our bandit of a cat, was caught red-pawed this morning. My 1958 sewing machine that I restored to working was a source of interest to her this morning. The machine does have a cover, but she wormed it off! The thread is all tangled up in the dial and the spring! Of course she ran when I caught her in the act. I could not untangle it (it was before coffee) and am not looking forward to tackling the issue.
Mittens strikes again! Naughty kitty! Here she is, guilty face and all:
Wish me luck on fixing the mess...
