Good question ...
the white thing looks like a tiny tension hoop...

I am looking forward to reading what it is and it's purpose.

As for the blue thing... it looks like it might have been a spool for seam/zipper tape (now empty).
Does it fit on the white thing?

The blue thing looks like part of a blade sharpener. I don't know about the white thingee.

The white hoop looks like the one that came with my Bernina sewing machine. It is used for darning.

The blue thing, I have not a clue! It almost looks like a rotary blade sharpener, but not sure.

Blue things looks like it may be a blade saver for rotary cutter? The other looks like it hooked to something. Maybe a darner type thing.

Yup, the white item is for darning. I have one with my Bernina machine as well. Never used it but that's what it is!
