Rebecca did not have fun on vacation. She was busy chasing racoons out of the house in upstate Indiana. They managed to trash the basement and the first floor. It looked like an explosion in the kitchen and all the old teddy bears had been chewed on and destuffed, and they ate the eyes. The basement looked like robbers had moved in for a month or two, stuff everywhere. but the old cut glass vases and hand painted plates were right where I had left them, not even touched. It was really nice to see the box when I got home.

Becca, how sad about the house! Raccoons can really tear a place up! They must have thought the teddy bears were competitors. I can't imagine the shock and having to clean up that mess. So glad they didn't get to your breakables! Are you back in FL now?

The box has been sent out. Sara should have it by tomorrow. I found some very lovely and useful craft supplies. I snagged the yarn, the laces, the black and white safety pins, some of the ribbon, the sticky back eyes, the tulle (I will be making scrubbies with this.) and some pieces of fabric. I also took the beaded trim. I love using it to add weight to a garment. I will be using some for patchwork and others for doll clothing. I have put some kits I no longer want into the box among other things.

Received the box yesterday. Will mail it out on Thursday. I took out a pair of scissors and a ink pad. I added overall buckles, Brave pattern, curl rubbon, flowers, and charms.
