Anyone still making use of their record player?

DH and I have decided that we are finally ready to let these go.
I can provide a detailed list of about 90 albums, or send all of them as a single shipment depending on the response I get.

Alicia, I will put together a list and send it to you via email.

As for what I want for them, probably just a contribution toward shipping cost or interesting cookbooks, gardening/herbal books or equipment...or swapping current (CD) music. Mostly, I just want these to find a good home!

I'll try to get the list together and email it to you through the forum this weekend, ok?

Well, ladies:

I sat down last night and inventoried the 90 albums that DH and I have saved since the 70's...WHAAAAAHHH! These are all great albums! I really went down memory lane on this one.

Lots of George Jones, EmmyLou, Willie, Neil Diamond, Capt. & Tennille (huh?), Chicago, James Taylor, Peter Frampton (another huh?) Merle, Waylon, Joan Baez, Carpenters (Oh, how I LOVED the Carpenters!) and Fleetwood Mac, Beach Boys, etc. (I won't mention KC & the Sunshine Band or Wolfman Jack's 4 album set purely out of sheer embarrassment.)

I almost want to cry that these have been neglected in my house all these years, should I go out and buy a turntable to listen to all this good stuff again?

Hi Jo,
My son is interested in Fleetwood Mac. He has the self titled Album but if you have anything else, he would like and let me know what you would want for them. Thanks,
Alicia
