I wanted to show you a few things I made out of some material that ceejay had to give away on the forum. I made a blanket, 2 bibs and a burp rag for our soon to arrive grandson. thanks ceejay!!! I thought the material was so cute, I did not want to cut it up, so we just machine quilted it.

Absolutely beautiful Michele! I know Ceejay will be pleased to see her fabric put to such good use, and in such an adorable way too! And I love white for brand new babies

Both blankets are beautiful! I'm sure the babies will look adorable snuggled up in them. Congratulations to all the new parents!

Do you already have your MJF Crochet merit badge? If not, use this for one of the level projects. Beautiful!

Hey Michele,
Just happened to click on this thread and much to my delight see what you made from that fabric! YAY! BEAUTIFUL!
Glad you were able to use it! No babies in my family and I don't see any in the future!

thanks everyone for the kind words. Our fifth grandbaby ( the one who the blanket set was for) arrived yesterday afternoon. He was a month early, so they are watching him carefully. But all seems to be going well.

Beautiful blankets you created! Oh, what a great idea to create bibs and burp cloths! Wouldn't have thought of that! Thanks for sharing pictures of your work! Cheers!

Thank you everyone. Logan is doing well. They spent one night at home and back into the hospital to be under the lights. Had to go back yesterday for a check and all was good. He is gaining weight and is a happy baby.
When there is a bit of leftover material, I think what can I make with it. That is why the burp cloth and bibs were made.

thanks again everyone for the well wishes and compliments. Momma and baby are well. Logan arrived a month early, and he is up over 11 pounds now. he will be up and running with his cousins before we know it.
