Good morning everyone! Marilyn in TX advised me this morning that her postman told her that many times when tea bags, cotton bunny tails, etc. are enclosed in your envelope that more postage is due. When this happens, the one who is receiving the card has to pay the postage due. I am sure no one does this on purpose, but I just wanted you to keep this in mind. The Post Office wants to make sure they get all their money!!!!!!

He said 71¢. I had been using Two 49¢ stamps, so I was happy to know there is a middle ground. I think that it is easier to "hide" a tea bag in an envelope made of heavier paper. I would love to charge the Postal system for all of their boo boos.

Thanks for the info. I had no idea. I believe I have concealed my tea bags enough in the past to get away with regular postage. Better make sure next time I send a letter.

HI to everyone! I sent to MaryJane a pattern for a YoYo Christmas trees. It was all sent back to me. Though the knitted bell pattern must have been a success. I have not received it back. These are patterns I made up myself. They are really beautiful. Send me an email and I will give you the pattern I made up myself. I love Maryjane and all she teaches us. I have bought all her books. They are awesome. Running waters,

I have always tried to make sure everyone knows about the extra cost. Now it is way more. I took some things with enclosures and the postman charged me for a package not a letter. So no more add ons. Also twice now I have had to pay almost 3 dollars for postage due. I really don't mind because I love the card swaps and I love all the creative juices of the card makers so I accept. Any lumps and bumps are maybe up to the postmaster the letters go through. Weight doesn't seem to matter. MB
