Bleeni, why would you worry? I have you on the roster for February and will be sending partners on February 16. I only contact brand new swappers the first time around. No worries

I wish I could relate to all the happy anticipation of spring that you all have voiced, but out here in California, winter is the only time we get precipitation, and we haven't had nearly enough yet! We are entering a week of temps in the low 70's, (I know, I know! It's gorgeous of course!) but early spring is bad news where I farm!! Please tell Phil to try again!!

A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

Beki, you are on the list for February Mail Art. I send out one email to brand new swappers only, welcoming them and getting their addresses. After that, if you tell me with a comment on the current month's mail art thread that you're in, then you're in. There are 2 weeks of lag time between posting the swap and mailing out partners; we give 2 weeks for people to sign up. Look for an email from me with your partner on February 16. I hope this helps

Well as much as I need to focus on my UFOs, I can't help but jump in on this month's mail art too! I've already been searching for "groundhogy" material and as shocking as it is. . . there aint much out there! Looks like this will be one humdinger of a creative challenge! Thanks for giving my spare time and recycling gypsy spirit a place to call home. (It's amazing what you can make out of old scraps and some vintage lace, am I right?!?)
