I herniated a disc in my lower back yesterday. I am in pain and miserable. Meanwhile we have an important funeral to attend. I am on the way now. I will be in the car at least4 hrs today. I just pray Iit doesn't get worse. This fu eral is hard enough as it is.

Maybe all the crappy stuff is getting lumped into one day and tomorrow will be much better. Car rides with a bad back can be torturous  Hope you're feeling better soon.

Oh, my, Alicia! That is no fun at all! I hope you have a pillow with you. Did you see a dr. yesterday? Please take care of it asap. I'll pray the pain is manageable.
