As I've always posted here before...my husband loves his Texans football, well, ALL football...high school, college and pro.
Sunday afternoons are always an 'open house' at our home. I start the food in the morning before church and finish prep after. Friends are always welcome to stop in for a quick visit or to stay for the game(s) and food.
Today, the menu is kinda hodge podge for snacking and grazing.
Chips and Salsa
Guacamole
Macaroni Salad
Coleslaw
Veggie plate with dip
Dozens of fried chicken tenders w/ various coatings/dipping sauces
3 different kinds of burger sliders
Homemade fries with various toppings
And for dessert, it's always Texas' own Blue Bell (ice cream). Around here, it's referred to just as Blue Bell. It needs no explanation or description. Yummy!
