Is there an easy way to go to the newest post in a thread that I'm subscribed to, so I don't have to scroll through pages and search to find the new ones?

| If you're using the chat room on your home PC you can do a search (Control + F) and look for the date. In this case I could search for "Dec 02" and it would bring me to the first listing where your PC "sees" what you are searching for. Would that work for you? |

Brian...I'm not sure who does the chopping down the size of the Virtual Porch posts but it has recently been done and we are back to having to go through
667 pages to get to the last post. Can we change that around again where the first page to come up is 667???? Thank You!!

Howdy folks,
I see that that's a problem! My guess is that Gabe (our IT guy from years ago) took care of this. I have an idea of what can be done but want to make sure that I do the correct thing first.
Is it to have you go straight to the last page of a thread when you click on the title of it?
For example:
When you are looking at the "Farm of My Own" category (http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=15) you can see the Porch Sitting Thread and it's super-duper big. When you click on the name "Virtual Porch Sitting - Come Join Us!" It takes you to page 1: http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=35958
You would like this thread set up so that it takes you to the highest numbered page so that you can see the most recent comments. Is that right? I'm also noticing that when I click on page 672 it brings me to "page 1" but that page is blank.
Sorry to be so dense but you may need to give me a refresher on the details you remember from when it was last done so that we can do it right.

I noticed that if I click on page 672 it takes to page 667 and I can't get to any page after that.

I have been having a similar problem as Denise with the “what are you working on” Chat. When I click on the number for the last page it brings up a blank page so I have to go to an earlier page and hit the next page button to get to the last page. I thought it was just my iPad, so that’s why I didn’t say anything until now.
