We live where there are woods and lots of critters. Foxes, fisher cats, and raccoons try to eat everyone's chickens. In my chicken coop, I have a small FM radio playing 24/7. The voices keep wildlife away. So far, my flock is 2 years old and I am the only one in the neighborhood who hasn't lost her chickens to predators (knock on wood).
There is one radio station playing Christmas Carols...so now my flock is rockin' to Christmas music! I love going out to them and hearing the music!

How cool, Nicole! Boy! Two years! It seems like just yesterday they arrived!! I love that they're out there enjoying Christmas carols! If they start dancing, I would LOVE to see pictures! ;) Hugs - Nini

Christmas music in the hen house I like it! It's been raining here so my girls weren't set free until after nine. Last time I saw them they were chopping down on collard greens and a slice of sour dough bread.

This is way cute! I love the thought of chickens jamming out to Christmas music! Animals enjoy the holidays too! I would love to see pictures if they start dancing to the music. I’m glad to hear that you have found a way to keep your chickens safe!
