Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get a baking hen tender?
I know the hens are older so that being said they can get pretty tough if not cooked properly. Any suggestions on getting the hen tender will help.Thank you so much.

We are culling some of our hens and thought stewing an old hen would be the way to make it tender. Go to this web sight
