Marie, I finally got to the PO today and opened your wonderful pocket letter. I love it! Here are pics for everyone to see!
She had her cards with Merry Christmas in different languages and they can be used as tags, also the stars are gorgeous and the teas and chocolate coins. Thanks so much Marie!

Vanessa...I got your Wonderful Pocket Letter yesterday! And you did a Splendid Job on it!!! It was definitely
worth the wait on the U.S. Postal Service. I just love, love, love everything you made. I will post pictures but have to first resend them to myself via email because some did not make it through Cyber-Space...they are floating around
out there being enjoyed by someone. LOL I took the picture on the Envelope you drew and made it into a piece of
Mail Art for myself so I could continue to Enjoy It...there was NO WAY I was throwing that away!!! Again Thank You
for The Fabulous Job you did! I love it!

Pictures to come later!

Hugs and Gratitude,
Peggy

OK...let's try this again.

This adorable picture was drawn on the back of my Envelope from Vanessa.

This is the front picture of my Pocket Letter. Love It!

This is the back side of my Pocket Letter. And she made the ornaments! So c.u.t.e.!

This is all my wonderful goodies she tucked into the pockets! Both Sparkly and Yummy Tucks!

My Wonderful Letter!!!! Love knowing more about my Farm Sister!

Ornaments on my Tree. I don't think she knew that I do a Blue/Silver/White tree but by
her ornaments you would think she did.

And I made a piece of Mail Art (for Myself) so I could save and enjoy her picture...I
couldn't just throw that envelope away! Farmgirls don't do that!! It was too Special!!!

So, thanks Vanessa...You Did an Awesome Job on Everything!!!

Love and Hugs,
Peggy

Let's do these Pocket Letters again..... If not monthly then perhaps quarterly.

I was thinking Valentines, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Christmas/Hanukkah

Okay, you caught me..Obviously I have more quarters in my PL year than the calendar!!
Anyway... Would love to do these again. Thanks.

Mary

Maybe I'm psychic! Not only did I get your colors, but I had the same foreign language idea as Marie ( the bond between sisters!)

Madeline...here is an Idea to kick around. I love doing a Holiday on each side if they
are close together. Like one of my friends and I just did Thanksgiving on one side and
Christmas on the Other. So thinking that way...you could do Valentines/Easter, then
Summer/4th of July, then Fall/Halloween, then Thanksgiving/Christmas. That makes it more
Seasonal and not having to do so many. My 3 ring x3 1/2 binder that I save mine in is
bursting at the seams with the 7 I did this year. So, think about that. And if you would like to
share Hostessing I would be happy to do every other one with you. It would give you a breather.
But if you want to do them all I'm all for that too. I'll be signing up for them all!
Just somethings to ponder.

Love and Smiles,
Peggy

My sister Vanessa (Audra Rose) has always been more artistic than me. She always used to say that she was the pretty one and I was the smart one.

Sadly my sister has lived in Dallas since she was 20. She thinks she is way better than me. I am a country bumpkin to her. She has always earned more money than I ever did teaching. She travels, is dating, living for herself. That is ok. I love living in the country. I drive into our small, but growing town and Don't have scary stories to worry about. I live where people know you. They care about others. I could never live her rat race life. Do I miss her? Once in a while. She does not want me bothering her, so I stay away.

Howdy Peggy :-) I think your idea is a great one but it does leave those who don't celebrate certain holidays out. I know there are many who don't celebrate Halloween & Christmas. I think St. Paddy would be a little sad not to be included in the line up with St Valentine :-( Maybe those two could be together & Easter & Spring.
Summer & Independence Day would be good to do.
