My husband got a juicer for his birthday and he loves it. In the manual it says that the pulp that is left after the juicing can be used in recipes. But it doesnt give any recipes. The veggie pulp I have added to soups and that is a good use for it. But what about the fruits? Any other ideas for the veggies other than in soup? Anything we cant use will go into the compost bin, but if there is another use for it I would rather do that. Thanks!!!

Do you have a dehydrator? It would probably make fruit leather.

There are some posts about using pulp from berries after you make jam; I am using mine to make cordial, and pancake syrup. Also, one of the farmgirls mentioned that her chickens like to eat the pulp!
