Linda, Sign me up. I am looking forward to this swap. I prefer traditional. I don't really collect anything, but I always love Christmas ornaments, journals, hair clips, and just about anything Christmas related.

I too enjoy this swap. I enjoy religious or traditional, but no Santa.

Hmmm things I like
- I collect Willow Tree figurines
- books regarding anything homesteading - be it gardening, chickens, cows, goats, alpacas, sheep, rabbits, etc.
- snowmen, nutcrackers & gingerbread men
- hot chocolate and tea
- crafting "stuff" of all types (I enjoy plastic canvas, cross stitch, sewing, crochet, etc)
- anything homemade!

I like this one!! I'm in... I like both religious and traditional.
Some of the things I like is:
-primitive snowmen, ornaments, etc...
-dark chocolate
-homemade goodies
-outdoorsy- we're into hunting, camping, hiking
-I love anything that looks like it would go into an old farm kitchen
-I just like old stuff....lol
I'd be happy with whatever my partner would like to send me. Especially if it had to do with where she lived. Traditions. I like how we all have different traditions in the different parts of our country.

I love this swap!! Please sign me up too.

Things I love include: anything handmade, handmade soaps, pretty yarn, beeswax candles, primitive things that would go well in an old farm kitchen, dark chocolate and anything with a simple "prairie" look.

It is hard to believe that Christmas is just around the corner!!

For those of you new to this swap, this is a big swap every year and here is a link to last year's swap. http://maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=67144&whichpage=1
If you go to the last page and work your way back, you can see pictures of what was received last year. There were so many handmade stockings stuffed with lots of goodies.

Hi! I am new to the Farm (maybe 2 weeks now) but I would love to participate in this SWAP. I have clicked on the subscribe button, as suggested in last year's posts, as to keep abreast of the newest happenings. I have to warn you though I love shopping as much as the next girl but, I am a HUGE fan of homemade and vintage.

If I am allowed to participate:
I do lean more on the traditional side but, not the biggest fan of Santa's (unless vintage).
Favorite color is blue (royal, navy, cobalt, turquoise, periwinkle etc.)
Maybe because I grew up in the desert I love any and everything snow related. (Snowmen, snowballs, snowflakes, snowglobes. I actually collect snowmen salt and pepper shakers.)
The desert maybe the same reason I lean more silver and gold.
Love tea.
Love aprons.
Dandelions are wonderful. :0)
I dream of being a Glamper some day.
Currently learning to can. (Grateful for recipes.)
Homemade and vintage stuff ROCKS!

Me in a nutshell. (Heavy on the nut.)

Thank you for your consideration. (Pick me! Pick me!)

I'm host of this swap, and I signed up, so guess I should give my preferences for this swap:

I like traditional Christmas or vintage Christmas

My list of loves are:
* anything vintage linens, especially embroidered pieces, cotton print tablecloths and floral handkerchiefs
* homemade, handmade, and repurposed items for the home and kitchen
* milk chocolate
* traveling near, far, any time, any place
* anything vintage - I live in a 113 year old farmhouse
* cotton quilting fabric - especially 30s repro prints
* flavored "fru-fru" coffees (I have a Keurig clone)

Just an aside note: I collect sewing machines - I bought my 20th (or 21st - I can't remember) machine yesterday. 11 of those are vintage/antique machines. LOL!

Have fun with this swap!

I love this swap and want to be included.

I like traditional Christmas and prefer a winter design not a Santa, elf or reindeer design; I prefer blue, white and silver.

My Christmas wishes:

Colourful cotton socks
Handkerchiefs
Pretty pen
Nice notecards
Vintage sewing tool
Tea
