So, with the loss of Ratchet, Cookie has been very lonely and confused. Michael and I would be very content with just her, but she needs a companion sooo... we got her one:)
Meet Comet:
Comet is 5 months old and an Aussie Mix. We acquired him through Blackhat Humane Society, an adoption agency that rehomes dogs abandoned on the reservations. He is so sweet and has made himself at home so fast!
He follows Cookie everywhere!!!And she has a new buddy:)

Thanks Heather and Michele!!! Cookie has had the first full day of smiling since her buddy passed and she and Comet are getting along great! I am amazed at how quickly he is learning things. We will have him a week tomorrow and he knows his new name, knows how to sit, comes on command, plays fetch and knows how to sue the doggie door, not to mention climbing right into our hearts:)

Awwww! SO adorable, Sharon! If you put a little creamy-tan teardrop under his right eye, you'd have my sweet Pawlee's face... It brought tears to our eyes seeing him! :) Please give him extra loves and huggies and cuddles from Auntie Nini... If I were there, I'd be snuggling with him all night! LOL! Big hugs - Nini

Nini, I am so sorry about Pawlee. Comet has now received official love and hugs from Auntie Nini:) He snuggles with me all night but I'm not complaining:)
