I took advantage of MaryJane's generous offer of 50% off all her fabric in stock and free S&H with $50 order. I like having fabric on hand when I am ready to sew/craft.
I like fall colors so that is what I usually buy but with this sale I was able to add some blues to my stash.

I ordered 8 fabrics Friday, but 2 more I wanted were sold out. I can't wait until her new line - Once Upon a Chicken - is available on Mary Jane's site. It is available in online quilt shops, but not here. :-(

We're having technical difficulties with our website. It'll be available soon we hope, Linda!! We'll also be offering a quilt kit (fabric and pattern) for the feather quilt that goes with the Once Upon a Chicken collection.

I too took advantage of this sale, and received my fabrics yesterday. Truly high quality fabric! I had really wanted all that was needed to make the milk can quilt, but it was sold out. I guess that is wht I get for procrastination ;)
If MaryJaneor Brian happens to see this, will you guys be restocking the older materials? I know you said you wanted to make room for the new ones.... I adore the new chicken material, and will definitely be ordering some, but I think that quilt is way over my head!

No, we won't be re-printing any of our past fabrics. The way the fabric world works is print today, gone tomorrow. Sorry. I wish we could too.

:( understandable! The fabric requirements for the quilt says a layer cake. Since I am a complete beginner with quilts, I am a little clueless... how would a jelly roll fit into that?

I just ran over and got some fabric as well. I know that Christmas and gift-giving season is going to be upon me before I know it, and I have used MaryJane's fabric before -- very nice high-quality! What a nice surprise to get it for 50% off! Thank you, MaryJane!
