Hello everyone.
I am having foot surgery today at noon.
Please pray for me as I'm a little nervous.
Molly is concerned for my safety during surgery- please
pray to ease her mind. She's not used to her mom being
indisposed.
Thanks gals!

God has a bigger plan for me than I have for myself.

Thank you for the prayers. The surgery was successful.
I went in for the removal of a cyst and bone spur. They
found that the cyst had burst and the bone spur was on
the nerve in my foot. It would have only gotten worse.
I didn't realize how much it would hurt afterwards. Ugh...
Each day it will get better. God is good to me.
Thank you again, ladies.

God has a bigger plan for me than I have for myself.

Thank you Marly.
I have to admit I'm going a little stir crazy. I thought
I would enjoy just sitting around, but ugh it's getting
to me. I'm very independent and have learned that I
am not a good patient. Thank God my family loves me!

Jenny,

I have only been on here in spurts over the last couple weeks, and totally missed this. So glad to hear your surgery went well, and f Ron the sound of it, so is your recovery, though perhaps slower than you desire. I think as moms, we are accustomed to going, going, going, so when things like this forces us to slow down, it is really difficult! Are there any crafts or activities that you have been putting off due to "not enough time" that you could perhaps work on while you recover? I realize it is not the same, however, with being incredibly sick on top of pregnant here recently, I have been doing some reading that I wanted to do for badges, during the spurts of rest I have been forced to take. Praying for you as you continue down the road to a full recovery and health!

Jenny, I was away and had no internet, so I didn't see this. So glad your surgery went well, and I will pray for your complete recovery!

Happy Day!
