Meet 'Billy the Bullfrog" our resident garden care taker...
Some people have Garden Fairies, some have Gnomes,,,
We have 'Billy'... at least I think it's a Billy or maybe it's a 'Billie'... lol!
isn't he handsome,,,
a face only a mama could luv... lol!

We have toads -- lots of them! There is one we refer to as Grandfather and then lots and lots of smaller ones. We try our best not to hurt them, because I know they eat bugs. I am sometimes startled by them when I am weeding by hand and one suddenly hops out of nowhere!

Marilyn,, I know! I hate it when I am pulling weeds in a damp grassy area only to feel a cold slimy frog in my hand,,, but worse yet,,, an alligator lizard!!!!! lol!

How darling he is!!!!! We have quite a few toad holes throughout our garden this season. We have added so much extra mulch and I am guessing it may attract them.
