I used my new charcoal grill last night and tonight I dumped the ash into my compost bin. Then I remembered that I'd used lighter fluid on the charcoal. Will it hurt the compost? I'm guessing the lighter fluid burns off and shouldn't affect the compost very much. Are there other uses for the leftover ashes?
