Portia, my word! My pocket letter arrived today and it is absolutely incredible! I took lots of photos too, I will try and post them. Yours is on the way, but I am afraid my pocket pages are the wrong size! I hope you will enjoy it despite the error. :)

Sarah :-) Yes, Please post pictures if you can. Remember things happen for a reason & your error may just be a Blessing. I'm sure your pocket letter to Portia is wonderful.
On another group I belong to a gal bought the wrong pocket sleeves, she bought scrapbook sleeves.
Well, needless to say there will be pocket letters being made with those sleeves.
A whole new idea ;-)
I can't wait to try it out, they have a lot more room for tuck ins & a new perspective for decorating.

I received my pocket letter from Becky yesterday!! She made hers as a trip to Ohio with out having to travel. I so enjoyed that idea!! She included dried flowers and folage from that area. I finished hers today and will mail it out on Monday. My camera is acting up again and I cannot take photos of either, sadly!! Thank you again, Becky for a wonderful pocket letter!!!!

That is exactly what I did Madeline, these are scrapbooking sleeves. I think the different sized pockets make it fun, but it will stick out of a regular sized binder - oops. lol But as Marie said, no mistakes in art. :)
Does anyone know if this is going to be an ongoing swap? I have really enjoyed this one.

Hi Ladies, I received a wonderful pocket letter from Marilyn. It's so sweetly decorated and packed with goodies I had to take 2 pictures. One of the tuck ins is a beautiful mini bunting made with lots of buttons for trim. Love it! Marilyn, thank you so much for the beautiful pocket letter, and also the lovely linen doilie! Amy...thanks for sharing the Picture of your Pocket Letter. Did you actually find a letter in there
addressed to you? I put one in my Pocket Letter to the gal I had. Looks like your Pockets had all
kinds of fun stuff in them. How did that chocolate do coming through the mail in summer weather???

Amy, thanks for posting. I am glad it arrived, did the little vintage "doiley" hold it all together without spills? I saw where some are using paper doileys but I did not have any.

Sarah, my pocket letter arrived this morning and it is wonderful! I just love it! Those wooden buttons are amazing. All the goodies: tea, clips, notes, embellishments, ribbon, lace, sentiments......are all things I love. You did a wonderful job, and it doesn't matter to me that the holder was not the correct one as you stated. It just makes it unique....bigger pockets to hold more stuff!!

Thanks Madeline - I'd like to make a binder of them, so I would appreciate it! When I asked at our local stationary store, they said they don't get those...I think in Canada collecting baseball cards is not a hobby :) I'm going into the "big" city today, so I'll check if Staples has them, and if they do, then I'll just switch over to that. Thanks for the picture Amy!! Loved seeing it - excited to see more :)
