I wanted to share the beautiful cuffs I received from Rita.
One is so girly and pearly. I wore it all day and my students kept giving me compliments on it. The other is made from a "fly" section of a pair of jeans. There is a section where the zipper opens to store items, like money or a key. I can use it when running or riding my bike. How clever.
Thank you for all of the tucks. So many. I'm spoiled.

I think using shirt cuffs is a great idea. I have made some before, and having this part "ready made" is much easier and quicker. THANKS for the idea.

Linda I am so happy you like the cuff. I enjoyed working on it. I re-purposed a Joan Rivers' jewelry bag for your cuff. I think she would have gotten a kick out of that.

Here is a picture of the cuffs I made for Sara and for myself. And they have dual duty; not only are they to fulfill this swap, they are also to celebrate the 2015 Farmgirl Jubilee that starts today (Mine is the one on the top and Sara's is the one with the red rick rack.) Sara's is not quite so girly girly, because she said she was more country. I left about 3/4" of the shirt on the cuff and pinked it to make it a little different.
I've been wearing the cuff Sara gave me and the one I made and getting lots of comments on them. This has been so much fun.
