Please pray for my DH. He has a horrible cold...prayerfully not the beginning of the flu. He has had a low grade temp...with some aching and chills. His job requires him to be outside in the cold all day long which is never good on anyone when they are under the weather. All your prayers are greatly appreciated.
TOOK HUBBY TO THE ER THIS AFTERNOON...HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE FLU...please pray for a speedy recovery...

Thankfully...he is a bit better. I have developed chest congestion and coughing:(just feel achy and blah, We have a foot of snow today also. I am taking some over the counter meds. Prayerfully that will help and I wont require any further treatment, Thanks for.your thoughts and prayers.

My DH is doing a bit better today:) Wish I could say the same about me:( Feeling worse today...please continue to pray...our weather as been so bad here...that many doctors offices have been closed due to heavy snow in our area...including my doctor...we live out in the country and the roads are a skating rink and snow covered with a foot of snow in places with 4 more inches forecast for tonight...

Oh my goodness, Judy - You and your hubby are in my prayers! How awful! I pray it passes quickly and that you get relief very, very soon. Please get plenty of rest and be sure to get fluids into you. And I pray the snow lets up, the temps come down and the ice melts quickly so that you can get out to the doctor or someone can get to you to bring you what you need. Please keep us posted. UPDATE...Thanks Kelly and everyone for your prayers...as I posted earlier...my son and I did end up getting sick...the doctor called both of us in a prescription...however...the medication raised my glucose levels so I could not take it...I feel as if I am on my way through the worst of it...no more temperatures today...just a lot of congestion and coughing...thankfully my DH is doing some better and on the mend...my DS has the worst cough ever...we had more bronchitis symptoms than flu symptoms like my DH had...please continue in prayer for all of us...I do want to thank God for bringing us through one of the worst weeks ever...over a foot of snow...and hours of ice coming down on top of that...some frozen water lines...in -20 degree temperatures...being stuck in our driveway with no way out because of the snow and ice...but neighbors helping us get the things we needed...we now have flooding in our area...but we are safe and dry...as the Bible says...God will never leave us nor forsake us...He definitely showed up for us this week...PRAISE HIS NAME FOREVERMORE:):):)
