These are fabulous!! I got them in the produce section of Wal-mart.
They have 110 calories for 22 beans, and 4.5 fat grams, 5 g protein and only 50 mg of sodium!

What kind of carbohydrates and cholesterol are in the nutrition info?

O Cholesterol , 17 grams Carbs. 230 mg potassium, only 1 g sugar! Depends on what your needs are, Ok for me.
