So, I really am not down with forum lingo. I didn't know what a "DH" was until recently... and I really don't know what is meant by "tucks appreciated but not necessary". I see this a lot in swaps. Can someone explain please?? Thanks!

Hi Erin! Basically, tucks are little "extras" tucked into your swap. For example, on the Valentine's Day Card Swap, a few of the cards I received arrived with a packet of tea tucked inside. The tea was appreciated, for sure, but it was an additional gift sent with the card, not something required as part of the swap. I hope that helps! Hugs - Nini

Thanks Nini! I thought it was probably something like that... but I wanted to be sure. :)

I usually include "tucks" too, I just didn't know what they were called :) Good ideas though, Wendy! Especially the card with a stamp already on it!

I, too, like to send "tucks" but I certainly don't expect them to be sent to me. It's a nice surprise when they are. :D

I love making decorated 'tags' to tuck into my swaps along with handmade cards and other paper crafting things I make.
