I am in need of some questions answered that has to do with my business. Changing from an LLC to a partnership and some other tax questions. I would go to my own account but she is family and this is also not in her wheel house.
Would you go to an accountant or an attorney? Is there such thing as a Business consultant?
As usual this site has the smartest women I know so I ask you all the question.

https://www.sba.gov/ has TONS of info on business questions and resources on where to find help. Other than that, I have no clue how to help with your question, but I hope it does help you some.
